"The woman I spoke to was very nice and understanding, I needed insurance on a car I was just going to use to drive to work, but when I no longer needed the car I called to cancel my policy. No one was able to speak to me over the phone about my cancellation so I figured I would just shoot her an email. It has now been over a week still no refund, and no one from the agency has called me back. What a joke. Update: John called me after seeing the review and was very rude to me. Also the lady I spoke to over the phone failed to inform me that the documents she sent me were for a life insurance policy and I signed without knowing. When I told him about the lack of information I was provided by his employee, he blamed me for not reading all 15 pages before signing. I hope he improves his way of communicating with customers because I really thought he had a good agency up until this point."
